REGISTRATION

Before you register please read the following:

Cancelation Policy:  Up until March 30th, 2018 you will receive a full refund minus the registration/administration fee of $125.00. Cancellations that occur between March 31 and May 15, 2018 will result in Beyond Trad withholding $175.00. 50% of funds will be withheld by Beyond Trad should the cancellation occur between May 16th and July 15th, 2018. 70% of funds will be withheld by Beyond Trad should the cancellation occur between July 16th and July 21, 2018. 100% of funds will be withheld by Beyond Trad should the cancellation occur on or within 48 hours of the camp start date. 

Step 1. Shopping

The Store.

Once you click the button at the bottom of this page you will be redirected to our online store page. Please select the number and types of tuitions, accommodations & meals you would like to purchase.

Once you have all your desired options added to the cart proceed to check out by clicking on the blue button with the shopping cart. 

​Accommodations:
 
This year we have both Bunk Houses and Woodstock style camping available on site.  Self-contained RV units are welcome in the general camping, but please keep in mind that there are no power or sewer hook ups available and no generators allowed on site.
 
Please note that this is a music workshop and folks will be playing tunes into the wee hours, in and around our accommodations. If you are a light sleeper and want to go to bed early, we will be designating an “early night” camping area somewhere on site. There are also lots of cozy BnB’s in the area, (but make sure you book in advance is it is the high season).
 
If you decide to reserve a Bunk House for a group please let us know if and who you intend to share it with at the time you register. These buildings fit 4 comfortably, if you wish to squeeze in more than 4 please let us know so that we can sort out the details. 

Step 2. Payment

If you would like to pay by cheque or eTransfer please select "Seller will send payment options" and proceed through the checkout. This option saves us the cost of online processing fees.

To pay online with credit card select the PayPal Option at checkout.

All of our online payments are processed through PayPal. While it is not necessary to have a PayPal account use the form, it will make things a lot simpler if you do.
 
Please note that we must receive your payment before your registration will be considered complete. A non refundable deposit of $125.00 is required to hold your spot. Full tuition must be payed by April 30th, 2018.

Cheques should be made payable to Beyond Trad Music.
Please be aware that registration is held on a first come/first serve basis, and certain classes and accommodation options are limited.

Step. Information

Once you have gone through the payment process you will be directed to an online form. Please fill in the names, home room, and meal details for each attendee you have paid for.

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR APPLICATION WILL NOT BE COMPLETE UNTIL THIS FINAL STEP IS COMPLETED.
